When someone promotes a long term vision and
it did not materialize,
it is time to wake up from the state of euphoria.
Stop taking the Ecstasy.
I have Low Frustration Tolerance (LFT) especially with smug, arrogant and high-handed politicians.
Now I begin to appreciate about this REBT concept.
Politicians love to adopt strategy when they cannot convince, they confuse!
Using smear tactic on other's integrity is utterly distasteful.
When someone is in autosuggestion and self delusion,
it is in a severe state of cognitive distortion.
Seriously, SNAP OUT OUT IT!
Is there media 'neutrality' in its true sense?
If yes, how was it achieved?
Perhaps this is just another ideology of utopia.
Skepticism and Cynicism
A skeptic adopts intellectual caution to
question the validity of certain claims.
A cynic simply disbelieves and disinterested in everything.
Existentialism
Loneliness is not about having people around you;
it is a state of mind whether one
can count on anyone in the uncertain world.
We are taught to set objective for career.
I believe we should set meaning in our job.
When we have passion,
we will make it as life career.
Knowledge
A true master will be willing to teach,
exchange techniques and respect other schools of thought.
This applies to martial arts & psychotherapy.
Relationship
Guys when you have an infatuation
(i.e. an instant, powerful attraction for
a woman whom you knows little),
it is anima projection.
When one party is ambivalent about the relationship,
the other one in love will suffer as a result.
There is no interconnection between the two.
Many things can kill relationship especially being
ambiguous in communication and engaged in mind reading.
Be clear because people do not communicate in Telepathy.
Many cannot relate contract with relationship.
There are many implied terms we imposed on
other partner and setting up boundaries unconsciously.
Friendship
How do we tell someone
is our true friend among acquaintances.
When we are in difficult times.
We know our friends when we are down in life.
Critical Thinking and Reason
Critical thinking must be guided by
knowledge and evidences that fit reality,
not based on one's emotion,
subjective assumptions and beliefs.
Anyone who has lack of respect for reason,
will have little knowledge.
The person who dismissed reason will
not be looking for flaws in logic.
